Our Hero




Last night, Bubba hit the game-winner for the second time in five days. Mr. Clutch!

The late-game heroics got his photo on the front sports page of the Louisville-Courier Journal. There's a nice article with several quotes from Bubba.

kinda scruffy-looking

i thought the rules were players had to be clean-shaven

not that i'm complaining
i like scruffy... ;)

Yes, the Bats do require players to have short hair and be clean-shaven. I guess it's not as strictly enforced as in the Bronx, though. ;-)

Homer Bailey cut off all his hair, though.
