September 4, 2006: Columbus Clippers 4, Toledo Mud Hens 1
The Clippers won their final game. The win forced the Mud Hens into a playoff. No champagne for them - not yet, anyway.
Some screenshots from the first inning:

Bubba walks to the plate to start the game.
That walkoff homer swing. (Though it was a leadoff double this time.) He hit it the other way, a towering fly that went over the fielder's head and bounced off the wall.
Bubba on 2B.
Bubba on 3B. He got there via an Andy Cannizaro sac bunt.

It's usually a good sign when your leadoff batter not only gets on base, but scores. The Mud Hens fell behind immediately, and weren't able to climb out of the hole. The game was never out of reach, but Toledo never really threatened, either. Steven White took a no-hitter into the 6th (at which point the Toronto announcers jinxed him, successfully).
Bubba's line for the night: 1 for 4, with a double, a run scored, and a strikeout.
And here are a couple of video files of Bubba highlights:.
